One inspection standard, adapted to your property
Every HausDock inspection combines two parts:
- The Core HausDock Inspection Standard — the checks performed at every property
- Property-Specific Inspection Items — additional checks agreed during onboarding for your actual home
What a scheduled check covers
- Exterior areas: garden, pool, patios and terraces, visible general condition
- Access and perimeter
- Bathrooms and kitchen
- General interior condition
- Electrical system — visual and basic functional checks only
- Plumbing system — visual and basic functional checks only
- Agreed devices and appliances
- Internet and connectivity
- Windows, doors and accessible closures
- Furniture and fixtures
The recurring plan covers monitoring, reporting and coordination. Repairs, materials, purchases and third-party professional work are quoted separately before execution.
An inspection records the observable condition of the property at the time of the visit. It is not a certification, a compliance test or a guarantee that the home is safe.
Findings are documented and reported to you. Repairs and extra work are never automatically included in the subscription; they are quoted and approved before execution.
