Periodic checks with a clear structure, honest reporting and one trusted point of contact on the territory. When something needs attention, HausDock explains the situation clearly and resolves it directly where possible — or coordinates the right local partner. The service is preparing its first activations on the Lombardy shore for 2027.
The person behind HausDock
HausDock is founded by an engineer with 20 years of experience in verification and management, including a CTO background. The starting point was an everyday problem: owners who are away receive unclear updates and have no one who truly knows their property and the territory.
Practical problem analysis and structured execution shape how the service works. Method and experience come first — technology supports the service and stays subordinate to it.
