Privacy notice — pre-launch website

HausDock processes only the information you voluntarily submit through the Early Access form. The purposes are limited to responding to your request, qualifying a possible property-care activation for 2027 and understanding general launch interest. Requests are transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker to the ordinary HausDock mailbox; no lead database is kept, no newsletter is operated and submitting a request never implies marketing consent.

During the validation phase, please do not submit keys, alarm codes, lockbox codes, detailed access instructions, identity documents, payment data or other sensitive property-access information.

The controller identity and the details above are completed in the site configuration before launch; the mailbox is where request data is received and kept. Data is retained only as long as needed to answer your request and, if applicable, to prepare a possible 2027 activation. The final privacy text still requires professional legal review; until its approved copy replaces this placeholder, no fixed retention period or legal guarantee is promised.
